INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE

To program and organize the plans of the maintenance of the machinery and industrial equipment starting from the technical documentation.  To coordinate and supervise the execution of the maintenance processes and to do the installation in the machinery plant and the industrial equipment and the tuning, optimizing the human resources and all the available tools giving support to the lower level technician so accomplishing the quality levels and the establish rules and security conditions.

First Course:

• Machines elements.
• Assembling and maintenance of the mechanic system.
• Assembling and maintenance of the hydraulic and tires systems.
• Assembling and maintenance of the electronic and electric systems.
• Security plans in the maintenance and assembling of the equipment and facilities .
• Graphic representation in machinery.
• Manufacturing techniques for maintenance and assembling.

Second Course:

• Quality in the maintenance and assembling of equipment and facilities.
• Assembling and maintenance of the production automatic systems.
• Maintenance processes and management .
• Projects of modification for industrial equipment.
• Relations in the work environment.
• Formation and labor orientation.
• Formation at job centres. 380 hours.

2.000 hours.

• To develop processes and repair and maintenance methods and to organize its execution.
• To manage and supervise the repair, maintenance and installation processes of the industrial equipment..
• To develop improvement and modification projects for the industrial equipment.

• Technician in industrial equipment facilities and assembling.
• Maintenance organization technician.
