Xabec is structured with two Directors of Vocational Studies and some Departments.

There are two types of departments: Ordinaries and Transversals.

Each department has a Head of Department (noted in the first place, underlined), which is responsible for promoting and organizing it.

Departments must meet in the Opening Conferences, in the first quarter (January / February) and in the Final Conferences.

There is a five-year plan with targets for the period 2008 - 2012 and annual targets that are set in the first few days and are assessed in the Final Conferences. Both will be in line with the Institutional Mission.
