ON-DEMAND TRAINING COURSES AT NO COST

 

As a collaborating entity of the Tripartite Foundation, Xabec can manage the training credit the company has available to finance professional formation of their workers.

The training program is designed by the school in collaboration with production and human resources departments of the company and can be taught in the school workshops or at the headquarters of the company.

 It also allows the participation of workers in regular courses at significant discounts.


CORPORATE COMMITMENT

 

The relationship company -education center offers the possibility to cooperate actively in the training of young people and workers, thus performing a task of social character which is a realization of corporate social responsibilit.

NON LABOUR PRACTIES

 

No labour practices (PNL) offer the possibility of incorporating people with training without cost to the company.  The PNL do not involve employment or require compensation.

Students receive practical experience in the company’s techniques and, in the case of a subsequent hiring, reduce the time of adaptation and recruitment costs.

They allow to the students, the application of knowledge and skills received in school, from its theoretical and practical courses. Therefore, the company can have up-to-date trained, highly motivated and qualified staff.

Companies in the Forum have access to information on job applicants for possible hiring.


OTHER FORMS OF COLLABORATION

 

BY THE SCHOOL:

  • Make available to the company qualified teachers for advice, cooperation and consultancy tasks.
  • Make available to the company the educational facilities.
  • Advertising in brochures, website and other activities of the educational centre.
  • Opening of business opportunities.
  • General interest courses: middle management, occupational hazards, etc.

BY THE COMPANY:

  • Sponsorship: donations in kind or in cash.
  • Transfer, donation or sale of equipment and machinery.
  • Visits by students to the company.
  • Training sessions for students in school.
