SOCIAL SERVICES PROGRAM

To carry out any of the courses of Vocational Training and Non-Labour Practices

This agreement is set under the Partnership Agreement signed the October 6, 2005, between the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and the Valencian Government, to develop activities for reception and integration of immigrants, as well as educational support.

This Agreement incorporates as part of itself, the Action Plan of the Region of Valencia 2008, drafted in accordance with the action lines of the "Framework of Cooperation for the Management of the Support Fund for the Acceptance and Integration of Immigrants and the Educational Reinforcement of them”.

Actions to be undertaken in the School:

The actions are part of the Employment Theme of the Action Plan of the Region of Valencia 2008, in two different performances:

1. Grants for the implementation of vocational training courses with job opportunity.

Scholarships and grants are offered to immigrants, until obtaining the corresponding professional card, which facilitates access to a qualified employment. After the completion of the course, students have access to the job opportunity of the school, promoting contact with companies that demand employment.

2. Non-Labour Practices Program in companies

Through agreements with various companies in the province, those interested can learn the trade and come into contact with the a Spanish company.
