Answers telephone calls, provides requested information and takes care of the lost and found storage.

It is also responsible for controlling access to the Center during school hours.

It deals with all issues related to academic life: official enrolments, register, certificates, school insurance, shipping, publications, receipts, donations, transcripts, addresses...

In late June, the list of textbooks which students will use the next year is posted. Textbooks can be purchased at the school during the second week of September, from 10:00 to 13:00. Books must be paid in cash.

The Xabec's uniform includes the blue overall with the badge. Its use is mandatory for students in accredited education.

It is recommended that the uniform be marked to avoid its lost. It can be purchased starting the second week of September, from 10:00 to 13:00.

• For safety reasons, the school does not provide medicines to students.
• If a student suffers minor injuries at school, the secretarial office staff is responsible for the cures that are necessary as provided in the school medical cabinet.
• If the lesion is big or there are doubts regarding its graveness, the teacher on duty calls the family to inform them of the accident and the health center to which their child will be taken. The secretarial office is responsible for drawing up the accident reports that are delivered to the emergency clinic. If the family wishes, they can indicate to which health center they want the student to be transferred. In both cases you need a relative to be at emergency clinic to provide the medical data that may be needed.
• The school insurance covers accidents suffered by students during school hours and breaks, on the journey to school and back home and on trips and excursions planned by the Center within national territory with duration of less than ten days.
• So that school insurance covers injury, the school must ensure that the accident occurred in these conditions.
• It is very important that whenever a student has problems or has suffered an accident during school hours, to tell the corresponding teacher about what happened at that moment, so that the school issues the relevant accident report.
• Before moving the student to the medical center, it should be communicated to the secretarial school office because the school insurance only covers health care if the accident report is submitted. It must be previously filled up in the school.
